With 17 years of experience in the "green" industry, Terrascape, LLC (f.k.a. Brown's Property Maintenance, Inc.) is a boutique full service landscape and irrigation company based out of Central Florida.

Over the years we have cumulated a great deal of knowledge on what really works and what doesn’t, as well as, established relationships with reputable fellow industry professionals and businesses within the Central Florida area that keep this industry in motion… something we value very much.

We also value the size of our operation of which was purposely by design. Every job or task conducted is done with a personal approach, something big companies promise to offer but never fulfill. Our clients are not just another number on a client list, they are our valued customers.
